I've been trying to lose 20 lbs - (25 if I'm lucky) and I drink tons of water - So far I've lost 15 lbs - and I attribute it to drinking more water - but you are SO right -
I found it helps to use a straw cause I'm NOT a water drinker either - and staying at 8 glasses a day IS healthy - but I know I drink more than that....I've heard too much is bad too - as with everything, we need to monitor our own bodies.....if you feel like you're overdoing - cut back.
