I hear you !! I have a crazy Cheri who won't pee in the rain - but will chase the DERANGED Squirrel that torments her - she usually doesn't even go out side in the rain but today is a muddy mess and getting a bath -
and I have Miss Water Maniac (Chanel) who just wants to chase raindrops or leaves blowing ...she LOVES the rain -
