We actually went to the midnight showing on Wednesday! It was excellent. I rate it up there with A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back.
Hayden Christenson and Natalie Portman sucked as actors, but I think Ewan McGregor made up for it with his superb portrayal of Obi Wan.
I think it wrapped the entire Staw Wars saga beautifully together.
The opening prologue sucked. I expected to hear the loud booming Star Wars theme as the words floated up the screen, but it wasn't loud enough. Try being with a theater full of Star Wars nerds screaming, "TURN IT UP! TURN IT UP!" It was a total mood killer. The guy I know who works at Skywalker Ranch for Lucas said when he saw the screening, the sound in the beginning sucked too.
Overall, I will definitely love to see this in the theater again. It was really good, and I"m glad I missed a day of work for it! hehehhe....
