My baby is a little younger (3 months) and his ears do that when he gets really upset about something. They go back up pretty quick. I have also heard that it can be a result of changing hormones and/or the end of teething and that they should go back up at the end of it. I have also heard that they go down when they are smaller and are sick. Not to concern you at all, it's just what my vet said to look for. I'm sure they will go back up soon though. My baby's took about 2 weeks to go fully up again.
