I agree with Villete, it takes all kinds to fill up the freeway. However, posting or replying to posts with ill-feelings in mind takes a lot of finesse. The art of being able to tell someone to go to hell and make them enjoy the trip is not easy to learn. We can get our points across without being rude or unfeeling. I've yet to be "bashed" on this forum, but I've tried to be very careful about the questions I ask and how I ask them. I've had a few questions that I didn't bother with because I was afraid to start WWIII. Being in an office full of idiots (oops, did I say that?!?!?), I've had to learn how to educate someone without making them feel put-down and I try to apply that communcation skill in every aspect of my life. It really comes in handy with a 14 year-old son and on forums. We have to remember, the people reading the posts cannot see our facial expressions or hear our tone of voice - both of which make a big difference in how something is perceived.
