Is it safe to let her sleep on my bed without being confined? My bed is fairly high off the ground and I have feared she would fall off. Second, though she has been sleeping through the night, might she be inclined to pee on the bed if she is not confined to a crate. I really want to have her sleep with me the normal way, but am not sure when the right time would be. | oh I think she will be fine without any laundry basket. If you have tried to put her on your bed and she has never attempted to jump off, then I say she knows she can't handle the height and would not even dare.
Here's what I do . . . I put Annika between me and a big pillow (pillow is on the end of the bed) . . she is such a cuddler that she will just snug next to me . . . if she is used to sleeping under a flannel blanket she will NOT pee on them. Both my furbabies have lots of flannel blankets so their crate is always with one (I change all the time as I always want them to be smelling good) . . . and they have never pee'd on their blankies.
Let me know how it turned out! |
