My boyfriend's friend did the lemon juice cleanse and she lost 14lbs in 10 days. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but she feels great and she wasn't over weight to begin with. He's talking about doing it now, too. He doesnt have any more than 5lbs to lose. Kind of scares me I have to admit.
