I need to sell Hootie's PINK PUPPIA FLORAL HARNESS VEST size SMALL. It is just too big for her. I bought this vest when Hootie was a little puppy and I figured that she would grow into the small because her brother Hobbs wears a small and I thought they would end up being the same size. But, she is a few weeks shy of 6 months old and the small is still much too big for her. I am selling this size SMALL for $30 plus shipping (or best offer) so I can buy Hootie an XS. I absolutely LOVE this harness vest so I really really want Hootie to have one that fits her well. She has only worn it twice, and it is in perfect condition.
