I have not tried this diet or any other fast for that matter. However, I did purchase a juicer last year and for a month I juiced for breakfast a concoction of a large pineapple slice, a handful of cranberries, 1/2 an orange and a whole lemon, as well as a small sprig of parsley. I lost about 5 lbs by just having this for breakfast.
I did not add honey or syrup cause I don't like them and I'm not a fan of added sugar or artificial sweeteners either.
