I did contact my local OSPCA and the OSPCA that is local to that mill...just to inform them that I am concerned deeply for these puppies and to ask what if anything they can do...even an investigation would be nice??!! I live in a very rural area and have never known a puppy mill around here so when I saw this ad I thought what the heck?? This IS a puppy mill. I wonder if the pet stores around here buy from him?
