That's not nuts - that's normal. What yorkie doesn't deserve it ?? and yup - the doctor will tell you that you need medication which you normally need to see a different doctor for if you go Bio Identical ....unless you go straight to one who will treat you ....which I didn't do and kicked myself....but get ready - it's kind of expensive.....
Suzanne Sommers has the right idea and is doing alot for women in our country with her book on Hormones - I wish SHE were my doctor.
AND yes - you're a bit nuts...that's what this does ! lol - don't try to deny it.
