My heart brakes for you and your little one First of all I'm so sorry and I most certainly can feel your pain and fear.
My Yorkie has other health issues, but until it was under control it was like 2 yrs of touch and go.
I was worst then you because I was in the room with the vet and I would just go death and mute and would just cry, I never asked questions I didn't know what questions to ask other then "Will she live?".
I still ask very little at the vets office but 2 or 3 days later I have a list when I call him. We or at least me em not a vet, tech or work with vet, so of course we don't know test results or terms if we did we wouldn't be paying for his new car...lol
So look make a long list of question on paper and leave space to write down his answer and later if you still have questions call him again. If he doesn't give you any hope I would get a second opinion and take the test results with you for them to compare.
Look at questions people here ask you and write them down.
My Q. for your vet is : Can a change in diet help?
I hope your little one gets well soon and keep us update. |
