You can change your dog's name any time you want.
I have had so many pets - that I'm always calling mine by the wrong name anyway. And - they could care less.
And now that I think of it --- I came from a large family and my mother called me and my brothers and sisters by the wrong name half the time.
***** And - don't some of us have three or four different names we call our pets anyway!!!!! Mine is Murphy - Hey you - Sweetie - little mutt - and a lot of other things. "You stinker" is a name he knows well.
