Okay as much as I hate to admit it I am getting old and have been dealing with this crazy menopause for a couple of years...I have already gone through the waking up at night hot flashes but now it has started during the day its like someone turn on the oven for about 2 min...lol, I need to find something over the counter to take and I am sure I am not alone on this one....SOOOOO could you guys please tell me whats works for you.....
