My bloodhound just got the mange. We are actually still treating it. There are two forms, one which is not contagious and the other which is scabies. She got the first, but before I got her into the vet I looked around on the net for a while. I looked into the scabies. I think you want to wash all the bedding and things that she lies on and such. You may even need to put something on your carpets but I'm not sure. You may want to look it up on the web or ask the vet if you haven't already treated anything in your house to check and see if you should. Also I've heard that if you get scabies that it will turn up in between you fingers and around your waistband so watch there. Hope she gets better quick I know its unpleasant for both of you.
