I've raised orphaned kittens before, but all I did was give them milk with little pieces of bread in it. I had one litter I raised that didn't even have their eyes open when their mother got killed. I used the corner of a washcloth soaked in cow's milk. That was a long time ago, before there was all the stuff available now. We just had to improvise or wing it. It always worked. I did it with a bunny, a raccoon, a house finch, a snapping turtle, and that's all my memory can conjure up right now. I did use an eyedropper as the got bigger. Prayers for a healthy little kitten. |
