My Gracie had one ear that was still not up at about 4 months. I taped it with scotch tape overnight. When I came home from work the next day, the tape was off and the ear was up. Her ears are still up. As far as feeding goes, my vet said from 3-6 months of age, I should be feeding Gracie 3 times per day. She does not eat very much at a sitting.
