Most reputable breeders do not give breeding rights with limited registrations. This is normal and best practice by most. If you just want a pet - you don't plan to breed and do not need breeding rights. If you want to breed later - better make sure you have a veryyyy nice female. In this case - recommended that you should buy an older female (older than 6 months)to make sure you know what you are getting. Yorkies go through many changes and is hard for a novice to know what the puppy will turn out to look like as an adult. Do your research!!
