Don't let it bug you. Lots of dogs have moods and phases, and if you just be consistent in your behavior toward her, she'll come back to you. If you start forcing her to come to you, she might decide that's no fun.
If you want to be more proactive, try an obedience class. It's a great bonding experience.
Eddie is my wife's dog. He sleeps with her, he lounges on her lap when we're all watching TV. But I'm the one who walks him and takes him to obedience class. He loves me for that and her for cuddling. It works out great.
