How sad the little guy is having problems. I know you worry when they aren't their normal playful selves. Bless his heart. I don't have any advice for you other than to definitely take him to a vet again. I think I would in the morning. Weeks back Ruby wiggled out of my arms and fell to the tile floor. The first few seconds afterward she acted like she couldn't walk. Called the vet, said we were on our way, before we could get out the door she was walking normally! The vet did tell me to give her some aspirin if she seemed to be in pain (she wasn't acting like she was). I don't remember the dosage though and wouldn't want you to give too much or something that would hurt.
