Oh yes, my Yorkie doesn't eat from the bowl either. He has to think someone is going to steal his bowl before he will grab a bite straight from it. I've put things in his bowl before to have him sniff it and walk away. When I put it on the floor two seconds later, he wanted it bad! He also drags each little bite out of his bowl and lays it beside the bowl before he eats it. So much for clean floors.
