Well...see we also have a baby pen and they r fine going in there, Once we bring them outside of their "homes" they think they can go anywhere. We show them the pads and we'll watch them carefully and then i'll see them going pee on the carpet. I don't understand because it's made of the same material. Please help. I am seriously confused.
