I've had great service from Rena, too! I was looking for something special one day, and we emailed back & forth several times trying to work it out...she's fantastic! Max's superman shirt is awesome, fits him perfectly, good quality....and gets tons of compliments everywhere we go.
Did you have any questions about your order, or was it pretty straight forward in terms of size & everything? I ask because if there weren't any questions, she may be busy making your things & you'll have them asap. You should get emails from paypal confirming the payment went through, so if you haven't gotten those either, you may want to check into the order with Rena.
