How do you get them to fetch? Susan LOVES to play ball but she will never give me the ball. She'll lay it down near my feet, but she prefers to lay it down several feet away and make me come get it. I have a stick that I use to roll it toward me. But she'll chase it as long as I'll throw it.
Also she has figured out a way to play ball pretty well all day long. She leaves her ball in strategic places around the house (like outside the bathroom door, between the bed and the dresser when I'm putting away laundry, and beside the stove when I'm cooking) where she knows I'm going to walk, so I'll kick it.
But she won't actually GIVE me the ball. How to get them to do that? |
