Funny you should mention Flea Markets......My Aunt from California called me the other night, bragging how she bought a Pug puppy for a steal for only $400.00 with NO Papers from their local Flea Market. I haven't seen or spoken with her for almost 3 yrs. so I was very surprised in more than one way!
I thought I was a Fool for purchasing my first Yorkie, from the Internet (I didn't know any better). There is a fine line between what one would consider the difference between a Kennel & Puppy Mill.....I've seen BYB, that I would consider as a Puppy Mill. I guess it depends what your Standards are?
