Yes they sell puppies at flea markets and its very sad. Flea Markets are full of dog Diseases(like parvo) and bad breeders.
And yes before yorkietalk educated me I got a dog from both a pet store and a flea market. (the chihuahua from the flea market got parvo and didnt make it
