Have him do a routine CBC (complete blood count) on Hobbs when you have your checkup done if he is not symptomatic at this time, you can likely wait a few weeks with no problem, he could have several different issues, or as you said, he could just be really thirsty.. this bloodwork will let you and your vet know from what the certain levels are whether further testing needs to be done. Keep us posted.

Hobbs only has one of those, being increased drinking and urinating. Maybe he just likes water?? His yearly checkup is a little while away, but when I take him in, I will definately discuss it with his vet. I'm just wondering if I need to take him in sooner??  |
