Well, I decided to take Peanut to a specialist since I felt I was getting nowhere with the 2 vets that I visited. The Dr at the vet said he is at a stage 3 of the Luxating Patella and he does need to have surgery. It's a bit much as far as the price goes but my Peanut is worth it. He's a tough little guy so I think we'll be okay. I just hate to see him go through it. It's scheduled for next Tuesday the 24th. Has anyones dog had this surgery before? What was the outcome?
