Topknotch is not a breeder but what you would call a broker. She buys pups from breeders and then resells them.
No reputable breeder would sell a puppy to a broker. Good breeders want to know where their puppies are going and screens buyers. |
OH! I thought that was a picture of her facilities! So why would you say "Do you care that your puppies mother's home looks like this?" I apreciate the help you've given me on the previous thread, so thank you for that. But that comment was a little misleading. How do you know she gets her puppies from puppy mills?
