Yorkies are VERY VERY social dogs. Either the daycare of adding another puppy to your family would be great solutions. You are right that daycare can be expensive with little to show for it in the end. Getting another puppy is also expensive but at least you get to come home to lots of puppy kisses at the end of the day! I have 2 yorkies because I love how they keep each other company while I'm away. I don't feel so guilty leaving Hobbs behind anymore now that I know he has a little friend to keep him company. Whatever decision you decide, whether it is daycare or getting another puppy, it will be a good choice. I commend you for looking out for the best interest of your puppy. Yorkies are just very social and are sad when they have to be left alone. |
