Default A bit too lonely?

My husband and I are tyring to find the best solution for our baby, Baloo, while we're at work during the day and we need some opinions. Baloo is very despondent and cries a lot when we leave, which I know the crying part is normal. But when we get back home he is all over us and super excited to see us (of course this is normal too)! However, he won't play with his toys if only one of us is in the room with him, he constantly looks for the other person. Is this normal? I know yorkies are very social but should we be worried that he is depending on both of us too much in order to play?

So going back to solutions for during the day...would Doggie Daycare be a good solution to his loneliness during the day?

We were also thinking of adding another puppy to the family since Doggie Daycare can be a bit pricey, I know puppies are expensive too but in the long run I know we'd all be extremely happy to have another dog in the house! I don't want to go overboard if all of this is just a natural stage of being a puppy! We're really just looking for some opinions as to is this normal behavior for young yorkies (15 weeks)? and is this something we should be concerned about or will he get along just fine on his own?

Thanks much for any advice/opinions!
