ok... bells... I need to work the bells into this.... so that once they are on their own... they can ring the bells to let me know they need to go if for any reason the door is closed... they get closed at night... So hang bells by the doors???

And I go out with them now as it is... they screw off and run back inside to pee... nice huh?

Having them on a leash is a GREAT idea!!!!

Who sells show leads??? Or just simple slip leads?? they would be easy to use for quick trips outside.... Putting a fullblown harness onn seems like a lot of work at 5am.... which is the first bathroom run in the am... yikes! Soooooo I'm thinking Crate training... back to basics.... how often do we go out?? and how much free time do they get after they go??? I free feed.... so when do they eat???? How does that all work????
