Tootie(16 lbs) ALWAYS has his collor on with tags... it doesnt seem to bother anything and he "jingles" everywhere he goes... he also has microchip
Hopey, well, she acts like you have a NOOSE around her neck if you put a collar of any type on her(even the C A T one)... She will get chipped when I get brave enough to have her fixed...
