My 2 aren't 100% either and I don't know if they ever will be. They have peed on every rug and blanket and their beds (and mine) and towels, etc...
I have learned that they are big time markers
BUT they have marked everything so we are good now!
I know, I used to feel bad for them when I would leave them alone all day - trapped in the spare room upstairs. That's why I gave them downstairs, b/c they just LOVE to sit on the couch and sleep in the sun and look out the window...
