Well, my Toby for some reason does not like certain people and I figured out why! They try too hard to get the dog to love them. After all they are the cutest little creatures. So I try to tell anyone that comes into my home that this is his turf and my husband and I belong to him so they need to ignore him and let him come to them. Those that have followed the suggestion have found that our Toby will make up with them much quicker. Example: My sister-in-law was living with us and she had many, many visitors and hospice nurses.......they all got the same instructions.........well, he made up with and actually greeted them with wagging tail and kisses when they would return. By three visits, they were family. So try instructing them to ignore him and see if that works with at least some of the problem. Don't know what to say about the BF.
