"Changed in appearance by artifical means" is not an injury...point out the word injury to me..I will go back and read it word by word. I have seen large breeds with scars on the skin, if a dog lost a toe in an injury it could compete..thse are not artifical altering..they are normal dog stuff.
She will not be blind I am sure..infact my girls white dot was so hard to see. |
