 Male pup around female in heat
I've purchased my male (Brodie) to use as my own stud. (I've previously used stud service up until now)
My question is he's 10 months old. Do I need to worry about him being around my female who is in heat right now. I think I've decided to take some time off and not breed thru the winter months.
When I'm not at home my husband cares for them, letting them outside...etc.... (together)
Isn't he still too young? They should be fine, right? He wears belly bands in the house, but just outside is my concern. |
