and she had this fake smile on too like oh i'm miss innocent over here! and when I asked to speak to the top vet they said that they would call..she leaves for 5 seconds and comes back like oh hes not home now...meanwhile the phone was right in front of her she uses the phone in the next room and she expects me to believe that a vet doesn't have a cell phone too!
