Wal Mart & Target don't here. Walmart is Super Walmart and has food, but am told that it is because of the "cafe" in both. But our Kmart has a cafe and dogs are welcome. I've even seen a few Seniors and their dogs eating there......health dept probably wouldn't like that, but....
