I often think about the fact that yorkies used to be around 6 kilo and were used to chase rats in coal mines - poor rats! I can see the killer instinct in them and even though it would be cruel, I am so curious to see how they would react to ie a mouse...(Don't worry I won't do it).
Now we breed them to be bewteen 2 and 3 kilo - in Denmark at least and their very important task is to be cute - and boy are they good at that! |
