Baloo is about 14.5 weeks as well, we go to bed around 9:30 and he gets up around 12-1am and then again around 5-6am...He has a crate and a pee pad that he uses close to my bed but he still whines when he wakes up, i'm not sure why since he uses the pee pad. maybe he's just lonely
Like you i'm hoping he sleeps through the night eventually.
