Not only have I signed this petition, but i've gotten my husband, family and friends to do the same and im going to put this on other forums for them to sign this petition and ask for the maximum punishment towards these boys.
it is so disturbing to hear this kind of news. sick sick sick! poor puppy, i only hope that those boys can be baked in an oven with paint all over them and see if they like it..
