Loki does this sometimes. He will bark at my husband when he walks in the room or sits down on the couch. It's stupid because he's home with him all day but Loki is just trying to "protect" his resource - me! We don't allow it and he gets an immediate time out in his crate or he is asked to get off the couch or bed or whatever or we make him leave the room. If you are consistent he will get better. Basically when he does that he wants attention so you give him the exact opposite. He'll figure out he can't act like that if he wants to stay in the room.
