I'm making pastelillo's. Pretty time consuming but oh-so-worth it!

I make the dough from scratch and I have to let it rise, the ball and roll and fold. LOL! Sooooo good tho!

You can also use the goya dough discs and just do ground meat and cheese. That's pretty easy!
