BUT don't throw the toweling just yet...I had that happen to a Yorkie also. Vet had to stitch her eye lid shut to heal...the ulcer left a white dot on the cornea and it could be seen if you looked close. I asked a number of people could a Yorkie be shown with the scar and they said..SURE. Many judges will overlook it..some will ask and you tell them it was an injury..others will never see it.
I saw a Serbian Husky shown with a piece of his ear gone..it was a fight and the judges did not fault an accident. Good luck |
