I didn't know they were allowed either!
But, I am now starting to get into scrapbooking. I bought a few things here and there but I haven't printed out my pictures since I use all digital and have to go to the machine at Wal-Mart or Target to do it.
There is this place here in the DFW area that I have been referred to. I heard it's a GREAT place and I researched it a little. They give you access during business hours to all their great supplies at the store, you can sit there and use their die cut machines for free, with access to the internet and they also have computers so you can print out pictures with. The place is called "Recollections". Their website is
