i use k-9 advantage and still have horrible fleas. Every time mine come in from outside, i flea comb them and they still dig. NONE of the flea medicine works on mine. Right now I have a pregnant bitch and a nursing mom so I can't use anything on them but bath them every three or four days with Dawn and flea comb what seems like a hundred times a day. I have sprayed all my furniture. i don't have carpet in the dog room. The only thing I haven't done is treat the yard and it is too late in the year to do that now. i have the long, red fleas. They are much worse than the black ones and hard to get rid of.
