For any of you yorkie owners that are about to get their baby spayed, the vet told me this was normal. Some girls will start humping after being spayed. Even if they have never done this before. It's caused from a high level of testosterone after surgery. It could stop after a week or a month. Or it could just keep happening, but less seldom. It wouldn't have changed my mind on getting Piper done, but I wish I would have know this. Not all females will do this, just some. Misha has never done this. |
