Sadly, it sounds like you got scammed. The lady should have had them ready for you when you got your baby...but I guess that's too little too late.
I doubt you will be able to get the papers from AKC, but I would still call and report the incident to them regardless. At least you have a wonderful ball of fur to love, regardless, right?
