You may not have a whole lot of problems this time if your dog hasn't been used for a stud. But, once he's been bred, he'll be a little harder to handle.
Then you'll have to make sure that they are kept in separate rooms. I've heard of dogs climbing over things and breaking legs in attempt to get to a female in Season. The odor the female emits when she's ready can be smelled to great distances.
